There are three New Zealand Made ranges to choose from
Hideaway Compact, Hideaway Deluxe and Hideaway Soft
Close.Intelligently designed, each Hideaway range offers a simple
and stylish space-saving solution. All units are easy to clean and
are made from zinc treated steel which has been powder coated for
strength and durability.
The polyethylene buckets come in various sizes and configurations
to suit your requirements. See Hideaway Compact, Hideaway Deluxe

range. A liner holder is included with all bucket sizes, for
example the 15L bucket and liner holder will hold the standard
supermarket shopping bag in place.
All models feature high quality tracks that over extend, allowing
the bucket/s to be removed easily. Hideaway Compact and Deluxe
models support 40kgs of weight across the tracks, with the Hideaway
Soft Close supporting 45kgs.
Hideaway bins fit into both new and existing cabinetry and are
easily installed directly to the underside of a bench/shelf. Some
models can also be floor mounted to the base of a cabinet,
providing an ideal beneath-the-sink solution. Every detail of our
bin ranges has been designed to perfectly complement the modern
home.
WHICH MODEL - DRAWER PULL OR HANDLE PULL?
Bins in the three Hideaway ranges are available as either a Handle
Pull or Drawer Pull.
DRAWER PULL - 1 STEP ACTION
The front fascia of your cabinet is attached to the door bracket of
the Hideaway bin so that the top mounted bin fits discreetly in the
space inside your cabinet, giving you access to your bin in one
easy step by simply pulling open the drawer.
HANDLE PULL - 2 STEP ACTION
The unit is top mounted inside your cupboard, giving you
access in two easy steps - simply open your hinged cupboard door,
then pull open the bin using its handle.

SMART PLACEMENT
When designing a kitchen it is a good idea to plan the layout of
your kitchen and its storage solutions by how you use and move
around your kitchen when cooking. A well planned Kitchen will do a
lot for you - save you time, protect your families health, reduce
your effort in cooking and cleaning and make efficient use of the
space you have available.
ERGONOMICS
It is recommended that Hideaway Bins are top mounted at sink height
to reduce the amount of bending required when cooking and disposing
of waste. You are able to prepare food and move waste directly from
the bench into the bin. The over extending tracks allows easy
access to the buckets reducing your need to bend inside a cupboard
to access the buckets.
The space next to the sink or under the sink is too valuable to
waste. It recommended that a Hideaway Bin is placed as close to the
sink as possible. This way you are not required to walk to the
other side of your kitchen to dispose of waste and then walk back
to the sink to clean. It is suggested that your bin is placed on
the opposite side of your sink to your dishwasher.
For example, you are able to dispose of waste into the Hideaway Bin
on your left, rinse the dish at a sink in the middle, then stack
the dish in the dishwasher to the right - all of this is done
without bending or moving around the kitchen, saving you time and
effort.
